We first check the material, product depth and complete mold layout against the machine specifications. During a trial, use the intended sheet and check the finished shape, cut edges, lid fit or closure, and stacking. Record the running conditions and accepted output so the proposed configuration can be evaluated against your production needs.

Can this hydraulic model process PP sheet?
We offer this model for PET, PS, PLA and PVC sheet. PP sheet cannot
be used.
Will a 50 mm-deep part run at the maximum listed speed?
Depth and speed limits are not a guarantee that every combination
can run together. Review geometry, sheet thickness, mold and
cooling with actual samples.
What should I send for a lid project?
Send the lid and matching cup or bowl, rim dimensions, intended
sheet and target output. Include a drawing or clear sample photos.
